About Custom Autosound Manufacturing

Located at 1030 Williamson Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833, Custom Autosound Manufacturing operates as a car stereo shop serving Fullerton in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–4 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Custom Autosound Manufacturing at (714) 773-1423; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is customautosoundmfg.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Fullerton is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Fullerton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Bought a radio for a 76 cutlass from one or their vendors.Radio never shipped was told will ship shortly. No tracking updates cancelled the order and then they shipped it after cancellation.Returned the antenna for a refund, got a RO number it was returned to them two weeks ago(7-13-26) no refund and do not respond to my emails.Plus the radio is terrible sounding better off leaving the old one in there.

Spent over $700 on top radio for my 1969 C-10. Looks good installed, but sounds like a cheap transistor radio. Do not buy these products.

I bought this radio for my β€˜68 Corvette, hoping to add a little modern sound to my classic ride. Instead, I got static, cackling, and volume that cuts out like it’s afraid of commitment. Install was already a chore, but now the real fun begins β€” driving to a car show with my dash ripped open like a crime scene. Nothing says β€œattention to detail” like exposed wiring and a $200 piece of garbage where music should be. Thanks to this radio, the only thing louder than the engine is my disappointment. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not buy unless you enjoy regret and dashboard surgery.

Purchased vehicle with radio included but not installed, therefore no warranty. Worked for 3 weeks before amplifier IC failed. RCA output Jack came apart testing auxiliary outs. Repair of amplifier integrated circuit was quoted at $80. Vehicle also came with six and a half inch speakers by Custom Autosound. We replaced those with a 60.00 pair of infinitys is that sound so much better.

Great company with great products, and they stand behind their products. My radio stopped working and was just barely out of their warranty period. I took the radio unit to them, and the lady name Trisha was super nice and helpful. She called me the next day after I dropped it off, and told me what was wrong with it and what they needed to replace. I picked it up in a couple of days, and the unit is working perfectly fine again. Charlie the technician was very helpful showing me that everything was working properly before I left, and even lend me tools because I decided to just put it right back in my car in their parking lot. All is well again, and I drove away happy. Thank you Custom Auto Sound!
